We want to provide a fun, enjoyable experience for all age guests but we do not provide child care services. If you would like to provide/exchange such services please see Registration.

We ask as with all land owner homes/areas, no guests access to the stage. The stage is a place of storage, practice, downtime etc for musicians/ performers ONLY. Please respect their privacy here as well. Do not handle their equipment, bring yours on stage, assume because they're facing you they wish to visit. Drum circle drummers, please get pre-approval from stage manager if you wish to have your drum stored on stage in inclement weather. You will not have stage access to do so yourself. Any children found on the stage will be asked to stay with their parents for the remainder of the day.

Firewood will be available for purchase at the Reg store. We ask you do NOT bring in firewood across state lines. It is illegal & can be dangerous to the safety of the land. You are free to collect as much deadfall as you like, in public areas that do not require cutting. Fire pits may be built with staff approval, there is a supply of rocks for your personal fire pits but they must be returned at the end of festival. Please do not remove/move any standing pits. Please do not burn plastics in your fire. When visiting other campers it is polite to ask if their fire is a "sacred fire" before throwing anything into their fire.

The Reg store will also have ice, fire starters & other necessities for purchase. All funds will be for the betterment of the land.

Fire Spinning is permitted at Freeman Sanctuary. You must be pre-approved & banded to spin. Spinning is only allowed in designated areas.

Drum Circle guidelines. Please join us! We love the beat of the different drummer. If you are unsure of playing, listen for awhile. Follow a beat, try out your own. Any showboating by running over other drummers or negative remarks will not be tolerated.  Don't be a bully. Drums are sacred & no one should feel unwelcome in this circle.
